This is why I am doing this, let me share my journey.

It all started when I was sitting at a train stop 4 years ago. I was traveling back home from staying with my parents.

My mom asked me what I wanted to do, I had no idea what I wanted with my life.

I played baseball for 4 years in college and that was going to end soon.

I was stuck I had no idea where I wanted to put my energy.

I’m far from where I was just a couple of years ago. All it takes is a little dedication, hard work, and consistency to see your goals come to fruition.

A couple of years ago I had:

  • No motivation and no vision

  • I was stuck living in fear and had a fixed mindset

  • I was out of shape and hated the way I looked in the mirror

  • Anxious, Angry at the world, and filled with anxiety about my future

  • I saw other people go down paths I didn’t want to go down. I saw people doing things just so they could impress other people. I was not going to go down that path.

  • I wanted to create a reality in which I was of service to human beings.

  • I want to help master human potential and build divinity through the human spirit.

  • I have developed this program from years of having doubt and self-limiting beliefs to finding a way out of dark terror.

  • I want to free people from their minds and help them build their body of dreams so they can become happier, healthy, and confident.

    This is no way to live life. I understand the struggle

    I played 5 years of College baseball, 4 years at the Division One level.

    Working out and training became my passion.

    I recently graduated from a top University and studied Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience.

    I know what it takes to become an elite-level athlete and performer.

    I’ve spent years of training and studying the human body/mind so you don’t have to.
